Assistance and representation of a major French distributor of medical equipment for aesthetic practitioners on the French and North African markets, in a dispute with its longstanding US supplier following the abrupt termination of a nearly 20-year commercial partnership. Seising the competent French commercial court and negotiating an amicable settlement to compensate the losses arising from the abrupt termination of established commercial relations, within a confidential mandat ad hoc procedure (Article L. 611-3 of the French Commercial Code).
