Thomas Alho Antunes has more than 15 years' experience in all aspects of business law, both as an adviser and in litigation before the civil and commercial courts.
With his solid experience, he assists companies, their directors and shareholders on a daily basis in managing and resolving (through amicable or contentious means) the legal issues associated with corporate life.
He devotes a large part of his practice to dealing with companies in difficulty, an area in which he is specialised (he holds a DU diploma in the law of companies in difficulty, Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne). He is regularly involved in preventive procedures (ad hoc mandate; conciliation), collective procedures (safeguarding; receivership; judicial liquidation), as well as all litigation related to this speciality (in particular matters of personal liability and/or assets), alongside debtors, managers, shareholders, creditors, buyers or legal representatives.
He regularly works with the various players in the restructuring world, and has acquired considerable expertise in managing crisis situations and restructuring.
After joining CAHN AVOCATS as an associate in 2009, he has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012.
